Today is the 3rd public anniversary of this blog. I started it on January 30, 2009 but didn’t go public for a while which gives me two blog anniversaries I guess. Funny, I never thought I’d still be writing posts but it turns out I really love it. Very cathartic.
I realized this was the anniversary about three months ago and started a blog post with this date so I wouldn’t forget. Not that I expect anyone but me to care. Actually I take that back. There are a number of wonderful people who follow my posts and I love them dearly. It means so much when they take the time to read a post and “like” it or even better yet, comment! I am so glad to count them as friends.
Think about it. Someone has taken time out of their life to do that. Reminds me of the saying, “the friends we make are the family we choose for ourselves”. For those souls who do, thank you, thank you, thank you!
And I have several “thank you” bouquets for each of you (you know who you are). xox Christine and Blue
